By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending any event held at Bharath 1Ai Park at RGA Tech Park, Bengaluru (the “Venue”) and organised by Intellineuro Private Limited under the name Bharath 1 Ai (the “Organiser”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you (the “Attendee” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all attendees, invitees, speakers, guests and participants, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organiser. Please read them before registering.
1. Eligibility and Entry
- Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and may be asked to present it at entry.
- Security procedures, including bag checks and frisking, are at the discretion of event management and/or Venue security, and attendees agree to cooperate.
- The Organiser may refuse entry, or ask an attendee to leave, at its reasonable discretion — including for safety, capacity, security, or conduct reasons — without being obliged to give a refund where the reason relates to the attendee's own conduct or breach of these Terms.
- The Organiser may restrict late entry where necessary for safety or the smooth running of the programme.
- This event is open to attendees aged 18 years and above only.
- Tickets, registrations, wristbands, badges or passes are personal to the registered Attendee and may not be transferred, resold or commercially exploited without the Organiser’s prior written approval.
2. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the event and use of the Venue, its furniture, fixtures, equipment, and any food, beverages, or other services made available (“Facilities”) is voluntary. The Attendee acknowledges that participation carries inherent risks (including, without limitation, risk of minor injury, allergic reaction, or property loss) and agrees to use the Facilities at their own discretion and risk.
The Organiser makes the Facilities available on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not represent that they are suited to every individual's specific medical, dietary, or accessibility needs unless the Organiser has confirmed this in writing in advance.
3. Nature of Event and Networking Discussions
- The event is intended for professional networking, general discussion and community engagement. Nothing said, presented or exchanged at the event should be treated as legal, financial, investment, tax, technical, employment or other professional advice, or as an offer, commitment, partnership, agency, joint venture or binding arrangement by or with the Organiser, unless expressly agreed in a separate written document signed by the Organiser.
- Attendees are responsible for their own statements, materials, introductions, business cards, proposals and communications shared during or after the event. The Organiser does not verify, endorse or guarantee any attendee, speaker, startup, opportunity, product, service, representation or discussion arising from the event.
- Attendees should exercise independent judgment before relying on any information shared at the event or engaging commercially with any person introduced at the event.
4. Food and Beverages
- Any food or beverages provided are offered as a courtesy and may be prepared or supplied by third-party vendors. Attendees with allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, medical restrictions or religious dietary requirements must inform the Organiser in writing in advance. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee it can do so, and attendees consume food and beverages at their own discretion and risk.
- No alcohol will be served, brought into, or consumed at the Venue.
5. Use of Equipment and Venue Facilities
- Attendees must use furniture, AV/other equipment, and fixtures only as intended and as directed by event staff.
- An Attendee who damages Venue property, equipment, or third-party property through misuse, negligence, or a deliberate act will be liable for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
- The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft of, or damage to an attendee's personal belongings while at the Venue.
6. Code of Conduct
- Attendees must behave in an orderly, respectful, and lawful manner at all times.
- Attendees must not engage in conduct that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to the event, to other attendees, to venue staff, or to occupants or neighbours of the building or surrounding premises — including excessive noise, obstruction of common areas or entrances, or disturbance outside permitted hours.
- Weapons, fireworks, hazardous objects, illegal substances, and any other item prohibited by Venue management are not permitted on the premises. Such items may be confiscated and/or the attendee may be denied entry.
- An attendee who appears intoxicated, or who behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive, may be denied entry or removed from the event, at the discretion of event management, without refund.
- All rules of RGA Tech Park, Bharath1 Ai apply in addition to these Terms, and attendees must follow the reasonable directions of building/Venue security and management.
- Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unauthorised solicitation, spamming, aggressive sales conduct, unauthorised surveys or distribution of promotional material are not permitted. The Organiser may remove any attendee who breaches this requirement without refund.
- Attendees must not represent themselves as authorised representatives of the Organiser, the Venue or Bharath 1 Ai unless expressly authorised in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, volunteers, vendors and agents will not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, theft, damage, delay, inconvenience, indirect loss, consequential loss or loss of opportunity arising out of an attendee’s participation in the event, networking interactions, food and beverage consumption, or use of the Venue, equipment or services, except to the extent directly caused by the Organiser’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8. Indemnification
The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, volunteers, vendors and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses arising from the Attendee’s breach of these Terms, misuse of the Venue or Facilities, statements or materials shared by the Attendee, or negligent, unlawful or wilful acts or omissions causing injury to any person, damage to any property, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Photography, Recording and Publicity
By attending, the Attendee consents to the Organiser and its authorised representatives capturing photographs and video/audio recordings during the event and using the Attendee’s name, image, likeness, voice and appearance for event documentation, internal records, publicity, promotional communications, social media and marketing materials, without further approval or compensation. Attendees must not record private conversations or photograph or record other attendees in a manner that is intrusive, unlawful or objectionable.
10. Use of Personal Data
Registration information and event-related information, including name, designation, organisation, contact details, payment details, dietary or accessibility requests, check-in information, photographs, recordings and communications, may be collected and used by the Organiser to administer the event, process ticketing and payments, communicate with attendees, manage security and access, comply with legal obligations, maintain internal records, and send event-related updates or follow-up communications. The Organiser may share such information with ticketing platforms, payment processors, event partners, service providers, security teams and Venue management where reasonably necessary for these purposes.
By registering for or attending the event, the Attendee acknowledges and consents to such collection, use and sharing of personal data for the purposes described above, subject to applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services and Event Changes
- The Organiser may use third-party vendors, platforms, caterers, speakers, sponsors, partners and service providers in connection with the event. The Organiser is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, representations, products or services of such third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
- The Organiser may make reasonable changes to the agenda, speakers, timing, seating, format, access arrangements, facilities or services where necessary for operational, safety, security, capacity or other legitimate reasons.
12. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
- Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as set out below.
- If the Organiser cancels the event, the ticket fee will be refunded in full.
- If the event is rescheduled, attendees may either retain their ticket for the new date or request a refund within 3 days of the Organiser's notice of rescheduling.
13. Force Majeure
The Organiser will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or public health events, government orders or restrictions, security incidents, power or utility failure, internet or technology disruption, venue unavailability, strikes, civil unrest or any similar event.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the event or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
15. Acceptance
By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the event, the Attendee confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any event, ticketing or Venue rules notified by the Organiser from time to time.
