Buildathon 1.0: Beyond Prototypes
India is entering a phase where AI and its demographic scale will shape how entire systems are built- from skilling and agriculture to manufacturing, mobility, and public infrastructure.
The question is no longer if these systems will be built, but who will build them, and how quickly.
The Bharat1.ai Buildathon is a guided AI build program for builders, researchers, and teams working on real-world problem statements. In Phase 1, 150 teams will be selected to design and build systems intended to move beyond prototypes and toward real-world deployment. Participants will have access to mentorship, a structured build environment, and opportunities to iterate quickly on meaningful problems. In Phase 2, 50 teams will be selected to continue working with Bharat1.ai over 6 months, with the support needed to take their ideas further toward real-world use.
